Project - Guidebook

Assignement:

A guidebook by choice. I choosed to make a guidebook about how to get around Malmö with my bicycle.
Bike ride
- meet Malmö with the wind in your hair is a book that give you all tha places to go to, where to dine, take a coffee or just relax and most important the bicycleways around Malmö. The book will have a foldout map at the beginning where allt the areas that are in the book will be represented.

Project - Graphic Profile

Assignment:

To make a graphic profile for Medieteknik at MAH.
My corevalues for Medieteknik: Competence - Interaction - Spirit
(swedish: Kompetens - Samverkan - Framåtanda)

Project - Guerilla Marketing

Assignment:

Do a guerilla marketing using the city of Malmö. I choosed to do a guerilla marketing for Skånetrafiken. Skånetrafiken wants to get all the alone comuters to take the train or the bus instead because it is cheaper.
I used the wellknow gassign and change the price to a much cheaper one to show what the cost will be for taking the train or bus instead of the car.
A banner that differs from the rest of the guerilla marketing unfortunatelly (the format differs) and a newspaper ad.

Project - Bookcover

Assignment:

We were to make a bookcover about duality. We had Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde as a model.
I transformed it to something more modern. The duality of immigrants or refugees. Where is home? Where is the better place. The ongoing conflict with oneself about how to fit in.
I took the most Swedish I could come up with, dalahorse and
tapestries (embroidery with cross stiches) with proverb, and something foreign, a camel.

anxiety about a guidebook

Stop signs! The are everywhere today. I can't go anywhere and I'm stuck in one place. I wonder why it is so difficult to translate idea to reality? I come up with a pretty good idea in my head and then...someone said that the most difficult thing is to get something from your head to your hand..thought to action so to speak. And I agree, but why, lack of talent, lack of synapses in your brain or plain negativity maybe. I think I will bake a cake or a bread instead and get my self doing something that is not difficult to transfer from head to hand to mouth.

One way of thinking

David Carson - different way of seeing things

Serious or solemn

När jobbar man för att det är kul och när jobbar man för att man måste?
Paula Sher ger en föreläsning där hon fångar just detta.
